Over Christmas, we have been extremely grateful that many families have contacted us to tell us how much they loved our boxes. We wanted to share some of the feedback with you.

Woke up to an amazing gift from Project Parent this morning on 1a at the GNCH at the RVI. I was completely overwhelmed - I cried ... the tissues came in handy! vThank you for loving me and our family. Dear project parent team, Thank you so much for your kindness of a beautiful gift box . Our beautiful son Kale who is 14 has been in Bristol children’s hospital since September recovering from a brain tumour bleed. He is beginning to make steady progress we have a long road ahead. Hello, I just wanted to say thank you for my very special box. Our Christmas dinner was abandoned half way through when we had to phone for an ambulance! After a worrying time in A&E my little boy was stabilised and transferred to the ward and it was then such a lovely surprise when a nurse appeared with my Project Parent box (packed by Anne T and Kristina). It’s still the only present that I’ve opened this Christmas! Sandy B

Hi Kate and all the Project parent volunteers including the lovely Karen based in Kingston upon Thames. I hope this email finds you well and a massive thank you for all the boxes which were recently delivered to Kingston Hospital, these are absolutely amazing! They were snapped up in a matter of minutes and I delivered them to a few different places in the hospital where parents and relatives may stay the evening with a loved one including paediatrics, maternity, neo-natal unit and our bereavement suite within maternity called The Daisy Room.
